Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to cancel your team registration before Dec 1, 2022, a full refund will be given less a $100 cancellation fee in order to cover administrative costs. Registration cancelled within 30 days of the start of the futsal tournament, there is a 100% penalty.

Boys Tryout Dates: Sunday, June 19th & 26th – 3:45 – 5:00 pm
Girls Tryout Dates: Sunday, June 19th & 26th – 4:45 – 6:00 pm
Players must register for tryouts.
Key Dates:
June 19th – June 26th- evaluation tryouts
July 3rd – Exhibition Game (Boys & Girls Team)
July 4th – team rosters will be confirmed and submitted
July 4th – July 7- training/ friendlies continue as we prepare for the tournament
July 8-10 – main tournament at Cloverdale Athletic Park in Surrey, BC
July 17 – Youth Nations Cup boys and girls finals will be played at Hugh Boyd Park in Richmond, BC
*Players must be available to attend the final on July 17, as no roster changes will be permitted for teams making it to the finals.

I/We the undersigned hereby certify that I/We am/are the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of the camper.
I/We hereby give permission for the staff of Celtic Elite Soccer to seek appropriate medical attention for the camper and for the medical attention to be given and for the camper to receive medical attention in the event of accident, injury or illness. I/We will be responsible for any and all costs of medical attention and treatment.
I/We give permission for Celtic Elite Soccer, to use any pictures taken of my child for future promotion purposes. note: Their name will not appear with their photograph.
I/We hereby acknowledge that our child is physically fit and mentally capable of participating in soccer academy activities. I/we hereby acknowledge that playing or practicing soccer is a potentially hazardous activity. I/we agree that I/we am/are voluntarily entering and assuming all risks associated with participating in those activities, including but not limited to falls, contacts with other participants, the effects of weather including heat and or humidity, and the conditions of the training grounds and facilities, all risks being understood and appreciated by you. I/We, the undersigned for ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators hereby waive, release, and forever discharge Celtic Elite Soccer staff, officers, agents, employees, representatives and successors and assign of and from all rights and claims for damages, injury or loss to person or property which may be sustained or occur during participation in Camp activities or while at camp, whether or not damages, injury or loss is due to negligence. I also hereby acknowledge that no refunds will be given due to any type of injury occurring during the camp. Registrations cancelled with less than 7 days will not be refunded. There are no refunds for missed days due to changing schedules, vacations, sick days or other non-emergency reasons. A complimentary Celtic T-shirt will be provided to players that are new to the program. Additional shirts can be purchased at cost.
