Wayne has had a very distinguished coaching career enjoying successes at many different levels including Whitecaps Academy and BC Provincial Team’s Head Coach. A High School teacher by profession, Wayne currently coaches the Whitecaps Prospect and Mountain United (BCSPL) Program. Wayne also served as Technical Director for the Girls Program with the North Shore Soccer Development Centre and is a long term coach at Argyle Secondary School’s highly successful Soccer Program. 

As a player, Wayne was drafted by the Vancouver Whitecaps of the old NASL and later went on to play for Simon Fraser University.
